Lynn Martin has taught functional anatomy and Ideokinesis in the Tisch School of the Arts and the Dance Education Program at New York University. She has also taught at the Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies, the Westchester Conservatory of Music, and Sarah Lawrence College.
As a Director of The Carl Stough Institute of Breathing Coordination, she collaborated on pedagogical and media projects for more than twenty years. She maintains a private practice in New York City, where she teaches the Principles of Breathing Coordination to performers and other professional people, as well as to people with chronic respiratory problems.
Lynnʼs background also includes studies in psychology, dance and singing. She performs regularly with the Cecilia Chorus of New York and Orchestra at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center in New York City.
